    Your phat camps look awesome, I really would love to attend one but I live in the UK. Do you ever have any plans to do one here in the UK or will you be doing any appearances this way, as it would be awesome to meet you.

    Hi Nicole, loving all your videos and still working my way through them so I do apologise if you have already answered this question.

    Do you count the supplements that you take towards your daily calorie allowance, such as l-glutamine, creatine, Bcaa omega 3 and multivitamins. As this works out to be 120 calories a day and I’m not sure if I should be adding these or not. I have been adding them but someone told me not too, would you agree with this.
