    To get the best results, you need to follow the plan. Do HIIT today, but no weights.

    Maureen, Thank you so much for responding again and taking time to write such a thoughtful message. Yes, I am frustrated with the scale not moving, but today I definitely feel my pants are looser. Also, the dreaded female thing came, so hopefully I am just retaining water. Anyways, I know in the past I lost by drastically cutting carbs. Today, actually skipped the potatoes for one of my meals. Do you feel I should continue the plan Nicole laid out? Lifting heavier which makes me happy? Just afraid that I won’t lean down enough based on where I am at this point. Thought? Thank you for your support and help🙂.

    Sometimes I think the clothes feel a bit loser, but other times feel they fit the same.

    Maureen, I have been crossing my arms putting my hands on my shoulders as Nicole demonstrated. Yes, keeping elbows up. Can’t use a pad since they are not long enough. Just cutting into arms, chest and shoulders. Seen a video of someone using wrist straps to wrap on the bar and arms/wrist for support. May try this. Thanks

    The bar is heavy and cutting into my shoulders an clavicle. However, I feel I could lift more weight with my legs.

    I made 8 mini loves with the recipe. I can eat 3 loves post w/o. Is this correct?? Makes 8 servings and I eat 3 post. Thanks. Katrina
