    Hi Nicole,

    Can you please explain “net carbs”? On some brands of protein bars (Quest bars and Mission bars) it says 4g “net carbs”, but on the nutrition label it says 22g carbs. If I am counting carb grams which one would I use, the net carbs or the total carbs?
