Participantso when i put in the correct amounts and foods on my fitness pal, some of the macros/calories come out a little different….usually less. Even when I went to megafitmeals.com and put in a custom meal for the 4oz ground turk/4oz red potatoes/ 1 cup of broccoli ….the total came out to Calories=292, Pro=30, Carbs=30, fat=7….
Should we just be more concerned with making sure we get exact amounts you suggest instead of all the different totals for calories and macros?krettman41

ParticipantHey Naomi….so my high carb/low carb days wouldn’t change ? I thought they were based on what workouts you were doing that day or the next? or is it planned that way just to space it out over the week?

Participantcan you switch the order of the meals? I was wanting to switch meals 3 and 4….since both meals 4 and 5 have 200g of veggies..or is that not advisable ?

Participant100 Reps freaked me out for a second too but then I thought about it…its normal to do 20 reps per set …4 sets and you’re almost there! 🙂
