ParticipantI ended up getting 11 pancakes out of the mix, I don’t have a waffle maker so I made pancakes. Mine were a hair over 3oz each measured before cooking, so that is 2 per meal.

ParticipantI toss my oat bran, egg whites and whole egg and ghee all together and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Delicious.

ParticipantI cooked the rutabagas and then tossed them in and mashed them with the sweet potatos. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the mash. so yummy!

ParticipantI lost 6lbs in the first 8 days, and then stayed flat, however, I am down 3% bodyfat. I can see my body composition changing, go by how you feel and the differences you see, not what the scale says. Stay off the darn thing. 🙂

ParticipantMine turned out delicious. Had to add a tad more almond milk but used a mixer to mix it well and then packed it down into the pan and froze. They are so good.

ParticipantI am fortunate to have a gym right at work, so I buzz over at lunch and lift. I will be doing my cardio sometimes in the morning before work and sometimes in the evening after work.

ParticipantMy pancake turned out amazing, all I did was mixed the egg whites and egg, added some cinnamon and tossed in the rolled oats, I did not blend anything just stirred, LOVED it. OMG it was like eating dessert. My favorite meal too. The sugar free syrup is all I am use to eating anyways, and of course peanut butter rocks.

ParticipantI am in and will continue as I have seen incredible results being on this program. I am going to enjoy Thanksgiving but I ABSOLUTELY am getting back on track on Friday. 🙂 Thank you Nicole, you rock!

ParticipantI just separate my egg whites and cook them in the microwave as I don’t have the time and patience to peel the hard boiled eggs either.
