ParticipantI decided to go for the next challenge, Buns and Guns. I’m looking forward to taking a little time off for our upcoming spring break, but then it’s back work! 💪

ParticipantI warm up my skillet on the stove, turn it down to low-medium heat, spray it with olive oil cooking spray, add egg whites, then add in the oatmeal and a little bit of cinnamon. I gently stir it all together with a fork before the egg starts to cook and then let it cook slowly on low-medium heat. Once the edges are somewhat firm, I loosen the edges all around the skillet with my spatula and flip it. It makes one big “pancake”. I throw it on a plate and add a little bit of sugar-free syrup. It’s not always pretty, but it’s gotten better with time!

ParticipantThat makes sense. Thank you for clarifying that for me! I have to tell you, I have done several meal plans and workouts over the years, and yours is by far the best! The meals are simple and delicious, there are no crazy ingredients and the food exchange list is awesome! The workouts and meal plans are well written and easy to follow with the many options you provide. I am really enjoying the challenge!
