ParticipantI’m glad you asked about this as I’m having the same issue. Pulled hamstring a couple of years ago pretty badly from running/DLs…did a year of physical therapy, laid off running, etc…I feel the tightness in that HS returning.

My apples have always turned green-greenish when I bake them. I use honey crisp. 🙂

ParticipantNicole put out a video addressing Phase 2 with the full body workouts in the group Facebook page. Are you on the Facebook group page? You’ll be fine…don’t freak out and trust the process. You may actually notice more changes by varying your workouts…keeping your muscles guessing.

ParticipantI also have Celiac’s and I have found that I love UDI’s Mulitgrain sandwich bread (large slices). The macros are for 1 slice (49g) 140 cal/ 5g of fat/ 23g Carb/ 2g protein
If you order that same brand but the smaller slices, a serving is 2 slices for same macros.
I have some mission GF tortillas that aren’t bad.
