Hi Nicole, I did my first figure show a few months back and looking back at my stage pictures I noticed that I needed more muscularity in my quads. I decided to take the rest of this year off and build muscle to try and bring a better package to the stage next year. With that being said, I was wondering what your favorite lifts are for building a good quad sweep? I’ve seen a lot of video’s and articles that suggest sissy squats but I don’t have that at my gym. Thanks for any suggestions!!
