    I’m a Labor and Delivery RN working full time night shift for the past 8 years. I have 2 kids and live in Oregon. Very difficult for me to stay on track at work, especially after about 1am.

    Hi,
    I was also wondering about weight. How often do you weigh yourself…daily, weekly, monthly? Do you recommend a certain amount when trying to lose fat? While also trying to gain, or keep, muscle. Thank you!

    Hi Nicole,
    I’m a new member and am loving your site! Thank you for all the great information. Do you try to stay at a certain body fat percent on your off season, if so, what do you stay at? What do you try to get down to for shows? Also, I am a night shift nurse. Work 12 hr shifts, so it can be hard to squeeze in a workout with that and kid duty. Sometimes it’s either weights or cardio; do you recommend one over the other in these circumstances?
