I’m a new member and am loving your site! Thank you for all the great information. Do you try to stay at a certain body fat percent on your off season, if so, what do you stay at? What do you try to get down to for shows? Also, I am a night shift nurse. Work 12 hr shifts, so it can be hard to squeeze in a workout with that and kid duty. Sometimes it’s either weights or cardio; do you recommend one over the other in these circumstances?
