    Hi Ladies, my white rice cooked and weighed out for 150 grams is 540 calories. It’s Kirkland brand from Costco. Does this seem correct or am i buying the wrong kind? That’s a lot of calories
    I just noticed i added this post to the wrong meal plan option, but I’m referring to option 2 meal 3 for plan 2

    Thanks, yes cut out caffeine because I’m use to drinking it with creamer. Diet wasn’t overly sugary but for sure cookies ect were in it. Thanks

    shake after you weight train and BCAA;s while your training in your water is what I do 🙂

    Hi Girls, I had a question on Phase 3 cardio for PM. It says to do it after weight training but if I can’t fit that in due to time, can I do the PM cardio before bed? Thanks
