i am wondering the same for metablolic conditioning. I did it last night as if i didn’t do it i wouldn’t have gotten a lift in and new it was quick. I set my timer for one min for each exersize and went down the list. I didnt even really break a sweat. all i have is 9s and 12lb dumbells which seem fine… but it seems like it wasn’t correct. i followed instructions on the fb group, but i did 10 reps each set x 5 for each exersize but reading above that is incorrect?
the directions in the ebook seem clear do each exersize one min timer, whatever is left after you finish you rest… yet there are so many questions about it that now it seems confusing
