Ha! LOL! First time I tried exercise ball, fell off several times, too! Hard to get back on, while laughing. 😉 Next time was a little better but, still didn’t do that well, and felt silly trying. Yesterday cheated by doing bent knee leg ups. After reading Naomi’s post, determined to go back and work to master the tuck ups! 🙂 TY!

Are you taking the flaxseed? Had constipation issue most my life. Movement every 3 to 5 days. Since taking 1 tablespoon flaxseed, in yogurt everyday, I’m now going everyday.

Alright to add 1/2 cup, 1.5% milk fat cottage cheese, to pancake? Working to get to total macros, for meal plan. Not able to do it, when protein shake is removed.

I put mine in the Ninja and whipped it up. Made one huge pancake. Very yummy with sugar free maple syrup. ?

Hi Nicole! Really looking forward to beginning 60 day Challenge and doing what I can, to improve my shape, with your help. I’m 58, type 1 diabetic, breast cancer survivor. Two years ago, I’d given up and, with the encouragement of my beloved daughter, I started down the road to recovering the desire to live a better life. 60 pounds lost and muscle gained after one year working out at gym, weight training, Considering doing a show, if I can get to a comfortable place with problem areas; lower back fat, abs, upper legs all need a lot of work. What kinds of exercises will help improve lower back fat (muffin top)?
