ParticipantI started last Tuesday taking the creatine last Monday and I started to feel those symptoms not too long afterwards that same morning. I noticed I started to feel warm and clammy, then tingling sensation in my cheeks. Then a bit later I started to get chills. I took it for 3 days and all 3 days, I felt those symptoms so I stopped for one week and restarted two days ago (Wednesday) and again, the same symptoms. I thought maybe it’s better that I don’t take it.

ParticipantMy bad, I actually had another question about creatine. I started taking it last week in the morning, 1 scoop or 5 grams. As the day went on, I started to feel hot, sweaty and a tingling sensation in my cheeks, is that a normal reaction? I am 52 and I am in full menopause, I thought maybe I was starting to experience symptoms from menopause which I haven’t yet, no hot flashes or night sweats etc until I started taking creatine. I stopped taking it for a week and started taking it again today. Not sure if this is normal while taking this supplement.

ParticipantHi, just wondering if you ship products to your northern neighbor, Canada? I would love to order and be able to try Nicole’s supplements and purchase her merchandise but I’m not sure if you ship to Canada. If not, how can I order to receive them? Would I need a US postal box to pick up from at the border? Any help is appreciated.

ParticipantI have no upper body strength to do the push ups even on my knees I drop to my face so I just push myself up even though my upper body isn’t straight, no core strength either but I will keep doing them. I do elevated push ups on my kitchen counter. It’s disheartening but I will keep doing them. I am loving this program. I have purchased so many others and haven’t been able to get past day 3 but here I am going on to day 5. Yay!

ParticipantHi, I am following the women’s meal plan 2. I want to exchange the apple muffins. It says S/C, so Im having an English muffin, for the 1/2 lean protein Im having 1 slice of turkey bacon, and for 1/2 the fruit I am having half of a bananna along with the 2 eggs and 1 egg white. Is this a correct exchange? Thank you.

ParticipantHi, I am following Meal plan 2. For the Chipotle Chicken burrito bowl, I have been eating it as one serving, lol. I didn’t even realize that it said 2 servings. So if it’s two servings should I break the recipe in half? For example, it says 1/2 cup of brown rice, so should I do 1/4 for 2 separate bowls? 1/4 cup pico de gallo, 2oz chicken for each bowl since it says 4oz chicken breast? Sorry, I know someone already asked about this recipe but I’m still confused.

ParticipantHi, I am 5’6 and 203lbs, there are 3 meal plans that mention the height 5’6 One is between 5’4 and 5’6, the other is over 5’6 and over 190lbs and the other is 5’6 and under 150lbs, so which plan should I follow? I’m thinking meal plan #3 over 5’6 and over 190lbs? Even though I am 5’6 exactly?! Please help!
