ParticipantI just put everything in to do a test run and it worked with 2. I’m on meal plan 1 and didn’t think to look at the other plans (makes me not want to look at phase 2 for fear of losing one). Thanks for the help. If I had input the data into an app, I would have realized it. I didn’t think that far ahead.

ParticipantI looked everywhere before I posted and still managed to miss it! I knew I would. Thank you!

ParticipantThank you, Mo!!

ParticipantI’m wondering the same. Going to go with the other option until this one is answered, but I love oatmeal and really, really hate trying to figure out macros. Way too much math for this English teacher….

ParticipantI have been buying smoked salmon from Sam’s. I love it. No prep other than portioning it out. Yesterday I wrapped it around my rice. I almost felt like I was eating sushi 🙂

ParticipantI’m stuck on the elliptical as well. My physical therapist has also give me the green light for a bike as long as I don’t stand. I’m fighting a foot injury that just won’t go away. Resolved that as long as I’m moving and the heartbeat is up, that’s something. Filing the cardio workouts away for when I can do them 100%. Good luck!

ParticipantIf you like salsa….4lbs chicken breast with 24oz of favorite salsa and half jar water in a slow cooker. Cook 4-5 hours on high. Shred when cooked through. Moist and yummy!

ParticipantScivation Extend BCAAs are my fav and have been the brand samples given at the Phat Camps I have attended—pink lemonade, blood orange, and black cherry are my go-tos!

ParticipantIn that same vein, how long will we have access to the info that is found online after the challenge is over?

ParticipantHi Nicole!
Quick question about the use of Versa Grips. After the last Phat Camp in NC, I came home and bought a pair because I struggle with my grip. I have carpal tunnel from my pregnancies and have found that when I do movements that require a strong grip, it flares up and only magnifies the weakness in my hands. I wear them probably more than I should, but my question is 2-fold: is there a trick to getting them wrapped easily around the weight? I have really tiny hands and I struggle getting them situated. Second, do you adjust the direction of the wrap for certain movements or do always wrap them the same way? I know these are probably simplistic questions, but I know you are a fan and use them regularly so I was curious as to what you thought! -
