    Hi Nicole. My question is a bit different than most and /or could be under the wrong forum. ????

    I’d like to say that your face and skin look amazing! This is all the time! No matter if it’s a mag. cover or if it’s a video of you in the gym sweating and working hard. This obviously tells me you have amazing natural skin- bottom line. So besides your amazing figure you also have healthy / beautiful skin! I’d like to know what your skin routine consist off. What your favorite products are. If you see a dermatologist. Lasers. Nutrition. Etc.

    In my case, Since I started working out I’ve run into somewhat of a hormonal acne. It’s under control but I still have to be careful not to over stress myself because I’ll breakout. Cleaning my face after a workout immediately is important too.

    I’ve also have stress marks ( not stretch marks) … I guess from making faces when stressed aka lifting heavy! So I’m trying not to make so many faces, now. just contracting the abs instead of my face.

    I’ve also noticed that most woman in the sport/ life style also show major signs of aging and stress in the face. But not you!

    If you can give me and the other woman advice on how your face is clear, stress free and winkle free. That would be great!
