    Ok I just looked and it looks like weeks 1/3 do 8-10 reps and weeks 2/4 do 8-12 reps.

    I think that it is 6 sets total with the first 2 sets being warm-up sets doing 5-8 reps, then 4 more sets doing 8-10 or 10-12 reps

    I think it says to measure hot cereal dry like oatmeal.

    My plan is same as Nicole’s👆. May save the egg yolks from the 4 other eggs to use if I need a fat substitute.
