    To be clear, I’ll start eating phase 2 meals but I should also do my last few phase 1 workouts? I did shoulders abs and HIIT tonight. I have back/tri/HIIT & legs/abs to do.

    Im grateful right now that math does not hurt my head and for the clarification here:-) PS-that breakfast was DEE-LISH!!!!!!
