Hi Everyone,
Just finished day 1 here in australia !!
Training was awesome and cardio too, Did the stepmill Interval workoutno.1 (managed to keep my heartrate 140-150 bpm.
Eating on point and enjoyed it, not feeling hungry at all, just satisfied.
Good luck to everyone doing this challenge. I believe that we will all acheive great results for ourselves.
As the saying goes it takes 4 weeks to see the body changing, bring it on .
