    Hi,
    Because of my work schedules are crazy this new year, I need to get up and train at 4am, doing weights and then cardio in one session.
    Is it ok to do this on an empty stomach in phase 1, if I have a late snack (meal 5 ) around 9/10pm the night before or should i try and have maybe a shake at 4am?

    Hi, I love my eggs but hate peling them. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the shell off easily. Took me ages this moring 🙂

    Hi Everyone,
    Just finished day 1 here in australia !!
    Training was awesome and cardio too, Did the stepmill Interval workoutno.1 (managed to keep my heartrate 140-150 bpm.
    Eating on point and enjoyed it, not feeling hungry at all, just satisfied.

    Good luck to everyone doing this challenge. I believe that we will all acheive great results for ourselves.
    As the saying goes it takes 4 weeks to see the body changing, bring it on .

    Hi,
    Im trying to reset up my nutrition values (calories & macros) in my fitness pal according to meal plan 2 which i will be following and i cannot get the % to add up to the calories.
    What percentages should i put in.
    ATM this is what ive got to:
    calories : 1665
    carbs: 146g / 35%
    Protein: 167g / 40%
    Fat: 46g / 25%

    Is this ok or do I need to change percentages??
