    I still don’t feel it was too much food though I was still satisfied and hungry in 2/3 hours and very hungry going to sleep

    Soooo over in carbs and I got the exact item I’m eating on MFP My jasmine brown rice is 3 hundred something cal so I had to cut it in half to 49 gr for today to meet macs and cut my Trader Joe’s non fat Greek yogurt to 3/4 cup and cut my strawberries to 1 cup and I had to take away 1 egg yolk … is this extreme or what????

    Yay I want more too Nicole ???????? I have finally found what works… YOU! I always believed everything you said and now I have proof your plan works for me… I’m happier then I’ve been in years, you hv changed my life back again! Actually I’m better then ever now ????????????????????????… I need to learn to count macs better bet I ate chicken and salmon and 98% gr turkey and a little top sirloin for 4 weeks just to make sure I did it right… Even the almond butter and berries to a t and the avocado ????????… I need to learn variety more … I’m ready for what you have next got us ???????????????????????? I can’t thank unrnough ????????????

    Hi I took step a set of Dumbbells and a barbell to my own spot in the gym It was great!!
