ParticipantWhen I’m home on the weekends I sometimes find it harder to get my meals in. Gotta feed & clean the kids first 🙂
On those days I just shorten the time between meals from 3hrs to 2.5hrs or even 2hrs. Personally I like having my post-work out meal and the follow up meal closer together, so that could be something to try.
Hope that helps

ParticipantHeather, I would maybe look into healthier options for pre-cooked chicken. I don’t know where you live but some stores like Trader Joe’s sell some pretty “clean” pre-cooked chicken and turkey. I sometimes pick up a pack or two when I’m in a pinch, or my cooking day when I have no proteins left.

ParticipantWhat time you eat meal 1? Combining meals may be too many calories for 1 meal.
During the week I have meal 1 by 5am and I space 3hrs-3.5hrs apart since it’s a long day, but on the weekends when I start my day later I will space my meals 2-2.5 hrs apart to get caught up… but typically the min between meals for me is 2 hrs/ Post-workout sometimes 1.5 hrs between my pre-workout meal depending on my training

ParticipantFor the post work out meal, do we then have 6 meals that day, or swap out a meal?

ParticipantI was able to see the program through my phone….yikes….and here I was thinking that this shouldn’t be too tough. The cardio program had me gasping!
