lisarwagnerParticipantPlease forgive my confusion. My download says 11g Fat for Meal Plan 2 Phase 2, but I see your updated version with 72g Fat. That’s na higher percentage of fat than of protein and carbs and nearly double the fat from Phase 1. Haven’t lost any weight on Phase 1, VERY concerned Phase 2 will be the same with this new macro scale.
