HeatherParticipantGreat question- that was my favorite the wrap! I was wondering the same as well for the meal from phase 1,meal 2, option 2 the triscuits, cottage cheese and almonds. Could I use this cottage cheese meal in phase 2 but increase the fat and reduce the carb? Not sure about all the macros stuff. It was the only one that felt like a snack and I was using it as the last meal before bed. I was going to try the cheesecake meal for the last one this phase but there seems to be too many concerns posted with that meal so trying to keep things simple. Thanks for any help!

HeatherParticipantSo did I do the stepmill portion of the mixed machine correct? I did the following:
1 minute stepmill level 8 then cranked it up to 15 for 1 minute, then back to 1 minute at level 8, then 1 minute level 15 (for 5 rounds = 10 minutes of work on stepmill before moving in to treadmill)Thank you.
