The cardio workouts look great but I’m not familiar with some of the moves for the dumbbells + Mat and I don’t see links to videos.

I cannot WAIT to get to this stage! Thank you for adding this. I almost skipped this challenge (I’ve done consecutively the last 3 I think) to do a CrossFit workout and decided last minute to do this and these metcons are going to be awesome!
