    Hi Naomi,
    I felt it in the front of the knee of the front leg and when I bend I lead w the back leg. I’m wondering could it be the width of my stance? I think I had a more narrow stance yesterday. Thank you so much!

    Thanks Diana, yes it is Vega Sport. I like the taste and so far the past 2 days I have had no problems. Have you seen about the same results as far as muscle gain? I have tried the isolate and still bloat. 🙁

    Thank you Nicole. It seems as though most talk so highly of whey protein and it’s benefits for muscle gains. I’m worried that the pea/pumpkin/sunflower mix I have won’t be as effective. The plant protein mix I have has 30g protein per scoop, 4gcarb and 3g fat, 150 calories. I was wondering if you could suggest a whey protein? I have tried so many different brands but all lead to bloating. Maybe I haven’t found the one that will be easier on my stomach?

    I have a similar problem
    Help! And is plant based absorbed just as well and just as quickly as whey?
