Thank you Nicole. It seems as though most talk so highly of whey protein and it’s benefits for muscle gains. I’m worried that the pea/pumpkin/sunflower mix I have won’t be as effective. The plant protein mix I have has 30g protein per scoop, 4gcarb and 3g fat, 150 calories. I was wondering if you could suggest a whey protein? I have tried so many different brands but all lead to bloating. Maybe I haven’t found the one that will be easier on my stomach?
