    Is there a way to print each page on one page??? It cuts off at the bottom? Is this a printer sizing issue or is there a way to save it like a pdf and then print?

    Ok so all the (12) meal options are the same for the whole 40 days? It just showed Nutrition phase 1 2 and 3 so I was assuming that would be different for each phase but it’s all the same meal options under each tab. Hopefully that makes sense. Plus I thought Nicole mentioned she was going to change it up after the first couple weeks and so on. But maybe I miss understood. Just making sure I wasn’t missing something.

    I am 5’6 but weigh over 150lbs so should I do the meal plan for 5’4-5’6 130-150lbs
    Or the over 5’6 151lbs over??

    I know Nicole said go by height but I’m like right there and the weight part is off just wanted to reassure myself.

    I can’t find that new Group on Facebook that Nicole has? With the live Q &A?? Can someone please help???

    Also does the challenge just end it will Nicole leave us with something to continue on with or should we plan to do the next challenge???

    Thanks! Ugh it’s been bad but finally today I didn’t have a fever still coughing but going to try and get to the gym in the morning for some weights. Just feel so far behind.

    So I started off Monday awesome felt good and all the sudden came down with a fever and a bad cough. It’s all lingering in my chest. I wasn’t able to get out of bed the last 2 days. I’m doing breathing treatments to keep my lungs clear. I’m so upset and just want to cry. My eating is still in target but obviously I can’t make it to the gym. I don’t know what to do. I’m so frustrated. I never get sick and then of course right when this starts. Ugh not sure where to go from here. I thought today was better but fever is back. Not sure tomorrow I’ll be up to par. Ugh

    On the cardio workouts is there a specific HIIT that we should do like go in order as she has them Layed out or just pick out of any of them?

    Also I don’t have a stepmill is there a different option I can do maybe like on the treadmill or something.

    That is one machine I don’t have access to. Trying to find a place but if I can’t is there an alternative I can do instead of that. One machine I want our gym to get
