I keep mine in the freezer until I’m ready to eat because they thaw and turn gooey very quickly. Also, I line my pan with wax paper so they didn’t stick. Its worked out well!
I went to a hot yoga class on Sunday and it helped my soreness IMMENSELY. I felt ok doing the leg workout today, but mostly because I think the yoga really helped!
You’re body will adjust… It’s just detoxing. I took aleve while I was working through the one I had recently and now that it’s day 4, I seem to have adjusted ok!
