On another post that someone was inquiring on and I also asked on she did state it was 6.
Now according to this post it says 4. I checked the PDF files and it has been updated to 4 servings. So the 4 servings is correct!I wish we could get an update notification or something when the PDF’s change!

ParticipantYes they do! There is always something new and new recipes in them! I started Nicole’s challenges in early 2017 after I had my youngest son. I missed one because I wasn’t in a place where I could do it..And then I regretted it! There have been a few others that I have purchased and not been able to follow due to different circumstances (one being an injury)…With that said, I will never miss purchasing another challenge. So much information, new workouts, new cardio workouts, new meals every…single..time!!!! LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

ParticipantFollowing this as well…When I enter my information for the ingredients I used for this recipe and divide by 6 servings I come up with Macros of: P= 13.8 F=8.4 Carbs=5.91 and the recipe says it should be P=23 F=15 and Carbs=12! So it seems to be pretty off when I did my calculations too but I went ahead with the 6 servings since I had to prep yesterday for all week due to a hectic work, child and life schedule!

ParticipantLorrie..yes I would like to know the answer to this as well. I am using Uncle Ben’s Brown Rice and it doesn’t match! 150Grams comes out to a whole lot more calories and carbs on MyFitness Pal than it shows on the nutrition plan!

Participant@stehanie I am right there with you.. I was in such good shape before I got pregnant this last time. I gained 70lbs! My son is now 2 months old and I’ve only lost 40 of it. But most of that was in the first month. I got back on track about 4 weeks ago with working out and eating healthy but not seeing any results so I’m hoping this helps! And as far as body composition I’m right there with you! I can’t remember ever even looking like this after my first child but that was also 11 1/2 years ago! But we can do this! Good luck!

ParticipantSo ready to get started! I use to be in great shape! Was even about to compete in my first show! Then unexpectedly got pregnant this past June and gained almost 70lbs!! Oh my! So now 8 weeks postpartum and still have 30-35lbs to lose! (However weight loss has stalled for the past couple weeks!) Ready for a change and excited to see what I can accomplish in the next 45 days!
