Lauren MunhovenParticipantI tried he LeanMode. Had amazing reviews. Wish it worked for me but it didn’t. I just ordered this one from bpi- reviews aren’t so great about the side effects but I have a pretty high tolerance with this so I’ll cycle it and see how it goes.

Lauren MunhovenParticipantCan I just follow the daily macros for this Phase? I’ve spent all day prepping for my husband and I and it’s honestly too much for me with my kids too. It’d be easier to pick a couple of the meals to eat for breakfasts and dinners but all the cooking is not going to be doable for me. Plus I’m getting so frustrated that when I plug my totals in to MFP it isn’t coming out to what the meal plan says.
