    I am eating from meal plan 2 and yes I am eating all that it says. I think I was worried with the extra activity I do tha I wasnt eating enough. If I get below 130 I will switc to plan 1

    Thanks. I was just wondering if I should be eating more because I am burning so many calories. I usually walk twice a day plus my workout which add up to 10-12 kms.
