    I’m eating the exact same meals as you are and I am feeling a little bloated too. I was thinking it was because for me I am eating more vegetables than I usually do. I’m not sure if that is it though.

    On days you weight train you have the post-workout meal. That means you will have 5 meals on lifting days. 🙂

    I lift has heavy as I can for the desired rep. That means that if I lift till failure or near failure for the first 10 reps , I usually can not go heavier and get even 8. Am I starting out too heavy? I’m not sure I am doing this correctly.

    My gym’s stepmill did not have half levels. You could only go up one number at a time. I think my cardio endurance is decent. Well, I thought so until today. I could not keep up at level 15 and when I did after about 20 sec I had to go down to 1 or 2 to catch my breath! I did 30 minutes but levels were modified. I usually never have to modify a workout!

    I realized that 1 oz of hummus is a serving which is 70 calories. My plan calls for 2 oz so 140 calories are correct because 2 oz is 2 servings. Hope that helps.
