This is my second challenge using Nicole Wilkins and that was a common question throughout the entire challenge. As long as your eating the correct amount (grams, ounces, etc) that is given on the meal plan, don’t worry about what myfitnesspal says. There will be some discrepancy’s between the two. Mainly the calories per meal will seem off, even though the macros are pretty accurate. Just follow the meal plan and you’ll be fine! Hope this helps.
