    I think you’re looking at the Home Workout. The gym workout sheet says w/barbell. If you have access to a barbell, I would use it!

    No, not a typo. It’s FST-7, a fascia-stretch style of training. Read Nicole’s info under training/week 2. She explains what it is and how to do it.
