I can answer a couple things for you! The tofu and spinach, doesn’t matter how you combine it/serve it as long as you are getting it all in. As for the tempeh, there are tons of spices that you can use that won’t change your nutritional value. They said to be conscious of condiments because the calories add up, but spices aren’t going to change things! I used maple syrup instead of the honey in the mug cake. Are you completely vegan? There is a meal option with oatmeal, but it’s not vegan. I believe at the end of the day, hitting the macros is the most important thing! 🙂
