    Hi Nicole i recently read that you should not have fats before or after a workout i wake up at 5 take my dogs out and have my breakfast about 6.45 then i train at 7:30 my breakfast is 40g oats 2 eggs and 2 whites. i have a shake and oats after training. what would you recommend me having for breakfast? im trying to loose some fat i train 6 days a week and walk/jog with my dogs morning and night 4miles. im struggling to loose weight and worry im not eating enough i have about 1500 clean calories (eggs,oats,turkey salmon sweet pot) thanks xx
