    That is correct, I split mine in quarters. I am on meal plan 3, so I get an additional 62g of strawberries.

    In meal plan 3, there are 62g of strawberries also in this meal, which is not included in the other 2 meal plans. So this is possibly what you’re seeing, you could always take a fruit or half a serving of fruit from another meal, if available, and add it to you cheescake.

    If this helps at all, I tend to workout in the morning, but cannot stomach the full meal that early, so I eat the bagel, cream cheese, and jam before I workout, then go to the gym, get home and eat and drink my post workout meal, then about an hour later, when I get to work, I finish the second part of meal 1. Hope that helps you, as it has been very beneficial to me.

    Hey Shauna, if you take notice, at the very bottom of the AMRAP, it give you a 30 sec recovery, so it all adds up to 12 mins total w the rest each round.
    Also, if you tap on each exercise, it will take you to a video demonstration, and the warm up is the same as well. Wishing you all the best in the challenge!
