I maybe misunderstood. I thought she was seeing the 1 scoop (30grams). My bad. I see on the other meal plans it’s 30g of protein which would weigh 45g. My bad. My apologies if I was confusing.
One scoop weights 30grams and is 20grams of protein. The scoop on the recipe is the weight, not how much protein is in the recipe. The whole shake should only have 24 grams of protein.
