Hi Maureen, thank you. I assumed HI intensity as well. It’s the kind of class that you go go go and then a short time to change partners or learn the next thing then at the end of class we cool down with locks and take downs.

I agree with Michelle. I had meal one and wasn’t hungr at all for the rest for the day. It’s so much food for me.
So Do we just keep eating even if we’re not hungry?
Hi Nicole! My question is about cardio.
In the meal plan it says if you do cardio do not take the protein and banana.
Only after you lift.
What if you do cardio every day after your lifting session? Or fasted first thing in the morning? Should they be split up?
