    Not an expert, however, in the past when dieting I found my body was more sensitive to certain foods. For myself, I love sweet potatoes and oat meal but when dieting, I noticed that they both made me bloat. My coach at the time was surprised and we made the switch to all rice products. Also drinking water helped me. Getting enough water in allowed my body to regulate what I Truly needed.

    I’m Amanda, I work full time in remote locations throughout the south-west so meal prep will be key for me. I was unsuccessful in a past challenge and having an alternate food list has given me hope for this challenge. I use to compete in body building and then suffered from severe adrenal fatigue, Hoshimoto’s thyroiditis, and a liver resection due to a tumor. Between all of that and three hip repairs I have gained 30-40 lbs and haven’t been able to shed it. I’m hoping this challenge sparks something in me and that I can get myself back to a weight that I’m happy with and that my cloths fit and feel better!

    My husband recommends “Bang” energy drink. Out of all energy drinks it’s not bad…
