ParticipantRebecca, It was more of the cardio I wanted to be straight on! I guess I didn’t realize that S/S was a cardio workout we could do as a full 40 Min session! I thought it was only on the end of HIIT!
Do you know how the S/S is to be done? I thought I read on treadmill level 4 but didn’t quite understand it! Is it, as high of incline as you can take at level 4? Is that right? For the full 40 Min? Sorry this type cardio is new to me! (Interval and HIIT I understand)!mariapappasmassage

ParticipantAny of this cardio required to be done fasted? (I read NIcole didn’t want us doing fasted cardio in phase 1).
Are we still trying to break up weight training and cardio into two sessions per day if we can??
And last question …in phase 2 we now doing cardio on lower body days? As a pose to phase 1 when she didn’t want us doing cardio in leg day!
Rebecca’spost above has me questioning why she has S/S on day one and four! Shouldn’t that be interval days??

ParticipantOk just an FYI on the overview of the weekly workout plan that is on a full calendar spreadsheet it does show interval/SS cardio and also in the overview discription it states the wording
“ 2days of 40 Min interval “or” steady state cardio!”
So it is making it look like we are able to choose one or the other however SS doesn’t seem like it is suppose to be paired up with interval and or even be an option of SS during this phase ( just meant to be as an “addon” To HIIT days!

ParticipantCourtney, keep in mind it’s all relavent to the individual! My sister and I both signed up and are doing the program together! She has lost 5 lbs so far and doesn’t particularly see changes ( I see them in her)… I however only lost just about 3 lbs but my body quickly loved the plan and it is very apparent the way I feel! She has more to loose and More muscle to gain! I however don’t have as much to loose and also have more muscle then her! So it let will be different for everyone! It is still very early on in the program.. keep faith and trust it! You’ll be amazed the difference between week 1..week 3 and wait till you see you on week8! Best of luck!

ParticipantI can not believe the changes I have seen in just over 2 weeks! I love love this program…for the food ( which I have stayed on point with) and the workouts! They are by far the best I have ever done! I feel so strong and healthy and energized! The rest pause sets are insane! Each week my weights go up (maybe not on all exercises but a lot of them)! This is exactly what I needed! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

ParticipantAGREE AGREE AND AGREE! I’ve also done plans before and thos by far is the best, with the most options and amazing exercises…(rest pauses are amazing)! I to see the changes already! Really i do… I thought it was just me! happy someone else also is seeing quick results! Amazing! Can not wait to see how day 60 turns out!

ParticipantYes it’s hard! Maybe try to have your dinner later or go to bed early! Whatever you do stay out of the pantry! I just opened my frig and said to myself..”why r u looking in here, there is nothing in here for you!”… you got this now go to bed!

ParticipantAdding Hummus to my sweet potatoes and chicken is game chamger! I once got sick after eating that combo during a previous program… couldn’t touch chicken or sweet potatoes after that! For some reason the hummus makes it eatable again! Thank you thank you!

Not my first time to the rodeo, I just needed something to keep me focused, back on track, and accountable! I’m sore and feeling great! Love the food and the way the cardio is laid out all for us! My sister and I both purchased the program and I love having her do this with me!
