    I was more thinking about a greater daily calories expenditure when walking longer distances comparing to just 30mins HIIT but it all makes sense and I won’t be avoiding cardio 🙂 🙂 Thank you Naomi!

    Would it be ok to replace some of the HIIT/interval cardio workouts with longer walks and the total daily step count of 15,000-20,000 steps? Thank you!

    Good question, I could not to eat the whole amount of egg whites early in the morning either – would it be ok to add the egg & egg whites into other meals throughout the day?

    Hi Nicole, I am just curious to know if you suffer from constant muscle soreness from regular workouts? For example when I do leg workout, my leg muscles are sore for almost the whole time till I am due for another leg day 🙂 Thanks for your answer. Marketa
