    Hi,

    Quick question on cardio finishers, is it possible to swap fo a HIIT run or on the bike if I keep the timing the same?

    Thank you. What about on the non weight training day is it possible to do 45min cardio session rather than 30min?

    Perfect! Also on days where there are 2 workouts to do is it ok to do them one after the other so strength first then the cardio in the same hour? It’s hard to fit spilt session in for me.
