ParticipantKelly I do the same thing. I used to be able to do 100 easily but life happened and I have to go to my knees to get the reps in. Better than nothing. Eventually will get stronger to stay on feet!

ParticipantI’ve been wondering about subbing GF items as well. I’m playing around with My Fitness Pal and theoretically logging items to see if the macros add up (it’s a bit challenging but I think it’s working…hopefully!).

ParticipantI have that problem in my thighs! Always have. Hoping this cut phase will help that. Otherwise I wish I had more muscle!!!

ParticipantDo you make it according to the serving size and just eat what you can? I’ve been eating about 1200-1500 calories a day and this one for my height is over 2000! I mean, give me pizza or brownies and I’ll eat those extra calories but not every day haha! My stomach just doesn’t fit all the food in. At least right now. Perhaps once my workouts are more consistent I’ll be able to eat more.

ParticipantI’m having the same problem! I don’t want to be so full that I can’t do a workout (I work out in the afternoon). I’m doing meal plan 3 and that is a TON of food. My question is do I force myself to eat the calories or can I eat the meals until I’m full?
Second question. My work is very demanding and I don’t always have time to eat throughout the day. It’s safe to say I have three meals. Maybe 4 if I eat later at night before bed. My question is: is it better to get all the calories in the three meals or just eat less calories because I’m eating three meals? I will really try to eat the 5 meals though.

ParticipantI noticed that coffee with cream is allowed on the non-weight training days. Is there some science behind that, or can I have coffee every day?! Willing to give it up and switch to tea if it helps. Obviously I will use MyFitnessPal to be sure I’m within my calorie limits.
Also, my current weight is 172 pounds, but I want to weigh less. Do I eat the meal plan according to my current weight, or the weight I want to be?
