Try downloading the pdf to your phone/laptop/ipad. This way, when you click on a workout from the pdf, it will open the exercise in your preferred browser. This allows you to maintain the current page in the pdf vs having to “go back”.
Hmm…maybe it’s my account. I tried to click the link I posted above for the side step and it still redirects to the memberships link. The other videos are ok so I’m not sure why it’s happening for this one in particular.
