I have a question with the Neg Pull ups. I am not sure if it is my hand placement, but I use all lats, (so what i think), but i feel it in my left elbow after the fact. I try to maintain a stabilized core, but do you have any suggestions? Our pullup bars at the gym have several handles, I use the one that is what you would use for a typical pull-up.I watched Nicole’s video a bunch of times to see all the little details of what I may not be doing, but my elbow still aches .. ha!
My lats are hurt so good, i could barely put deodorant on this morning 🙂 2 day rule in full blast..
