On Post Workout/ meal5 (Women’s meal plan 3 phase 1) I’ve noticed there is NO serving measurement for almond/cashew milk. Should we use the suggested serving amount on the carton?

Hello Naomi. I read where nicole chimed in about our serving of bread on womens 3 meal plan. She said that 2 slices of bread is 1 serving. We are allowed 2 servings that equals 4 slices. If 4 slices of bread is eaten at 110-120 cal per slice, that would put us waaaaay over before avacado and cottage cheese is calculated in. Long of the short…. I found “Thin sliced” Dave’s killer bread at 70 cal per slice which would be 280 for 4 slices which would put us in the womens 3 meal plan closer to our calorie total.

I also find if a meal calls for multiple seasonings i.e. chicken chipotle meal, pre-measure and combine them in a small container for next time so that you can dump and go with out spending so much time measuring them out at prep time.
I also pre measure and cook(or freeze) my proteins as well. Saves a lot of time. My prep time was 2hrs for 7 days of 3 meals hi and low carb. 3 days of meals are left in fridge and the other 4 days are frozen and keeps well. Hope this helps as well.

Hello, I have a protein powder that is 110 cals and 25g of protein per serving as opposed to Npower protein brand which is 90 calories/20grams Should I match calories or protein or does it matter.
