ParticipantIt was my understanding having done previous challenges, that we can have a vegan meal in our meal rotation. The macros for each meal is the same. I know we have to use the exchange list for the meal we are eating (vegan/non-vegan) but I thought we could occasionally eat a vegan meal in the plan

ParticipantI hear you as far as the before pics are concerned. This has not been a priority lately, so I am the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life, very discouraging. As far as the workouts go, I’m about to start my first one but plan on giving myself some grace, knowing I will not be able to do some things but will do the best I can. I figure I am way ahead of where I was before and not doing anything. Good Luck!

ParticipantI seen in another question, Nicole answered a similar question, here is her answer:
Make sure when you measure the rice it is measured when cooked. I typically recommend jasmine or basmati that you get raw in a bag. I would not get the precooked ones you pop into the microwave due to the additional oils added.
There may be slight variances, but typically 100g (1/2 cup) of cooked rice will be around 25-30g of carbs.Hope that helps!

ParticipantThank you Donya, Your reply made me take a second look at what I was doing wrong. I missed that the 2 minutes of 3.0 was part of the “rounds” and not just at the end!!

I asked Nicole about the bagel and what we should be looking at since there is such a variety. She said a bagel is 50g of carbs, so the half should be 25g of carbs. I looked at the bagel thins and one “whole” bagel thin bagel is 25g of carbs. Perhaps that would give you 2 “halves” for your cream cheese?Gina

ParticipantI use the body space app. You have to build the workouts but I love it. Also gives you the history of the weight you use. Just an FYI, when I build the workouts I will normally disguise the workout name or use initials so that someone can’t search for the workout and get Nicole’s workout for free
