ParticipantHi Naomi, here’s the thing I guess I’m struggling with. The recipe says makes eight servings and the meal plan says that three slices is one serving. The meal plan says to eat three servings. For example I cut my banana bread like a cake, eight squares (per recipe servings) The meal plan says eat three servings which would be nine slices or three of my squares so that seems like a lot and I don’t think that’s right

ParticipantI used a 9×5 loaf pan. I just cut it into 8 chunks vs all the slices.

ParticipantNot really sure WHY this is a mathematical struggle BUT the recipe makes 8 servings so the pan gets 24 slices…. correct??

ParticipantIt says NOT fasted cardio… I wake up at 3am to workout. I’ve never been able to workout with food in my stomach. I’m not really sure what to do. Help 🙂 thanks
