    Hi Nicole! I don’t know if you’ve answered this before, my apologies if you have! I love the gym but I’m also active outdoors. Sometimes I go hiking or mountain biking and burn a whole day’s worth of calories in one outing. My maintenance calories are around 1800 per day, if I burn 1800 calories in 4 or 5 hours that day, should I eat a surplus of calories? How many and what macros do you suggest if so? I eat about 45% carbs, 30% protein and 25% fat.

    Nicole, in my opinion you have the perfect figure physique. It looks like the looks are shifting in the divisions; bikini is getting more muscular, figure is definitely packing on more muscle and getting leaner. I don’t understand how that can be since they asked competitors to come in softer. In any case you are my champion and the champion of us all on this site! Your poise, class, work ethic and beautiful personality is inspiring and I will always believe in you!!

    Hi Nicole, can you recommend a good sports bra for those of us with wide lats? I find a lot of bras dig into my lats, not comfortable and not a flattering look either! Thank you!!!

    Hi Nicole

    Thank you so much for all of the great content on your website. Could you recommend a good at-home back workout? I find out of all the muscle groups it’s hard to come up with a variety of back exercises that aren’t some form of row when you’re working with limited equipment, Thank you!!!!!
