    The last set is supposed to be 6 reps, was answered in another question 😉
    So, 2×10, 6 (warm up), then 4×10,8,6,6

    HI Michelle,
    I’m in the same boat with limitations due to injury, just want you to know you’re not alone. I’m probably going to use a variety of cardio options (bike, elliptical, circuit with what I’m able to do, possibly water walking etc). Anything you can do is progress 😉
