    I am doing the summer shred program, and the meal plans are very specific as to how many grams or ounces of food for each item. For example, the quinoa is supposed to be 100 g for weeks 1 and 2 on meal 3, option 3, which is the vegan option. At the end of each day, I noticed that it says each meal total should be 28 g of carbs. 100 g of quinoa is right at 70 carbs. Am I misunderstanding this or should I disregard what it says about meal totals and just follow what Nicole has put down for the weights for each item?
